Since 2015 we bring the Authentic Neapolitan pizzas. The pizza revolution the staples from Naples. Neapolitan deal with sourdough base, and fresh authentic ingredients, and slow fermentation. Fiordilatte leaves its sourdough to rise for a least 24 hours before baking at 450C in a custom built oven made by "artisans from naples". In fact, the dough is made fresh every night, a Naples Style Pizza.
